  • NO CELL PHONES, I-PODS, OR ANY SIMILAR ELECTRONIC DEVICES WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE EXAM ROOM
  • All morning exams begin at 9:00 a.m. and all afternoon exams begin at 1:00 p.m. Students will not be permitted to enter the exam room after 30 minutes have elapsed. Students will not be permitted to enter a lab exam after 5 minutes have elapsed.
  • No one may leave until one hour has elapsed (or half the duration of a Ministry exam).
  • Absences must be justified by a medical certificate that includes the date and time of the illness and must specify that the student in question was too ill to write the missed exam. Failure to produce a medical certificate will result in a zero mark.
  • Students are to bring their own pens, pencils, eraser, calculator and rulers.
  • Students should bring borrowed material such as library books, textbooks, equipment etc. so they may be returned to the school.
  • Exams for courses not listed on the schedule will take place during class time.
  • Hallway noise should be kept at a low volume during the exam period as to not disturb other students writing their exams.
